By defining and focusing on short- and long-term goals, work group members collaborate to drive impact in their respective areas of focus.
Goals can be met through networking, collaboration, information sharing and joint industry projects. Work groups may establish 1 to 2 year implementation plans, where groups come up with deliverables and progress-to-date every quarter until the end of their implementation plan.
