Ports are vital to the global economy, facilitating trade and supporting the movement of nearly every single item we use in our daily lives. Today, ports are taking on an even more critical role in the global energy transition, becoming key players in the clean fuel supply chain. As drivers of economic growth, ports are now stepping up as convenors, facilitators, and catalysts in the transition to zero emissions, helping to unlock the economic benefits of a cleaner, more resilient future. Ports are not just adapting to this transition; they are driving it.

This panel will explore how ports are shaping the future of clean energy, from partnering with industry to move the dial on clean fuels, to leveraging novel funding mechanisms to unlock climate finance, and convening stakeholders to trial cutting-edge solutions.
